Law Offices of Mitchell R. Friedman, P.C., handles all aspects of subrogation for insurance companies. We will handle the entire file, including all necessary investigation. Our office will first attempt a pre-litigation settlement unless that is not practical because of Statute of Limitations or other compelling reasons. If suit is necessary, it will be promptly and efficiently commenced by our office. Our firm litigates in the entire State of New Jersey with a concentration in the northern and central counties. We litigate in the State of New York in the five New York City counties and the counties of Nassau, Suffolk, Westchester, Rockland and Orange. Our presence in the Courts of New York and New Jersey is especially critical for cases that cross state lines.

iv. Our Rates Are Competitive to Fit Your Needs
Law Offices of Mitchell R. Friedman, P.C., usually handles matters on a contingency basis of one-third of the net recovery, plus reasonable expenses if litigation is necessary. We handle matters for twenty-five percent of the net recovery plus reasonable expenses if the matter is resolved in claim/pre-litigation. Our firm also handles intercompany arbitration for your company for twenty-five percent of the net recovery. PLEASE KEEP IN MIND that we will handle files on hourly rates, flat fees or a different contingency basis in order to suit your company's needs. We will gladly discuss other fee arrangements not specifically mentioned herein.
